Chick-fil-a

They have the best fast food in the world and there is no question about it. I may miss the peanut oil fries from the 90's, but I'm okay with how they are today if everybody can enjoy waffle fries. As I've tried to pull- back from the fried stuff, the grilled options and salads are fantastic. You can't beat sweet tea with light ice (sensitive teeth but also more drink), and Zesty Apple Cider Vinegarette on a Cobb Salad. That or a Grilled Wrap with Avacado Lime Ranch is an incredible lunch. The seasonal food I very much miss is the Grilled Chicken Lemon Kale Caesar salad sold on 2021. I'd love to see it return. My only criticism of this franchise is related to employee treatment concerns that simply mirror my concerns for other franchises as well. Everyone is always scrambling and frantic in the kitchen and it is a little frustrating to watch when the employees are putting on legitimate smiles to provide excellent service. Having worked in food service I understand that rushes are the crazy time of the day, but the stress on employees should be reasonable. The service is great as it has been for decades, I just hope the employees are valued for who they are and not what they do. I won't be the judge of that ultimately. Ultimately I do truly love the restaurant though and all Anderson locations. Go for it!

Visit was around 830pm 6/14. Worst experience at a Chic Fil A my wife and I have ever had. We had to take a second glance to make sure we weren't at a McDonald's or other careless chain. The young lady that took our order was rude. The young lady that took out money was rude and seemed to be more focused on talking about the store closing via her headset and flirting with the guy next to her. She also got my wife's order wrong. Chic fil a never gets orders wrong and there is always positivity. Not once did anyone associated with taking our orders say "my pleaseure". The young lady that gave us our order was very nice and corrected our order. Looking in through the delivery door, the pass seemed to display tension. Food was on point but customer service and atmosphere needs work.

I keep having to give this place 1 star and it use to be a 5 star. All I have to say is look at the photos. Show me the chicken and cheese? You guys can't even tell the difference between chicken and bacon. Huge disappointment again. You need to train your people what the diffrent between chicken and bacon is because its obvious you guys have no clue.

Boy oh boy does this fatty miss some waffle fries and chicken sandwiches... Ssshhhh I had this salad as my side with the sandwich and it looks to be ok. The scale is going in the right direction.... Unfortunately they do charge extra for a side salad (In case we not suffering enough doing without potatoes)!!!!!! We got in a long line but it sure took no time at all Not to mention it was their pleasure to serve me 😜😜😜😜😜😜
