Love the food. It's not fast food as it's cooked when ordered. Drive thru is slow. Disappointed they have limited their hours.

Mountainview McDonald's has the Drive Tru thing Down! Doesn't matter how long the line is or what time of day, they get you in and out of there Fast! The line moves quickly.

ordered via doordash & by the time my dasher picked up my order they canceled my order. they dont accept doordash in this mcdonald location :(

Drive through line ok , but food is cold, Ordered Denali Mac Meal, and extra 4 pc chicken nuggets, honey mustard sauce, strawberry shake (small) and drink was a coke, hold pickles on Mac, and extra onion. Couple of packets of ketchup.
What I got was a cold Mac, the patties were barely warm, they held the pickles but forgot the extra onions, fries were ok, but chicken nuggets were cold, and at the window they admitted the strawberry shake was not available and adjusted the bill. Bag contained napkins, no sauce for the chicken nuggets, no ketchup packets.
Very poor quality of food service had to warm everything up at home in the microwave, .. should not have to do that.

Terrible. Just terrible. The wait in the drive thru was 25 minutes. Our order went to the vehicle in front of us. When the folks working the window realized they had given our order away, they all had a great laugh and took an extra several minutes getting our order together only after demanding I provide my receipt. When we did get food it was cold. Hard to understand cold fries when the place is busy enough to warrant 25-30 minute waits. Too bad the owners just spent so much money on the nice remodel. From where I was sitting looking in thru the drive-up window you could see that the floors were dirty and the place disorganized. With the service they're providing they'll be out of business the day the Sonic opens across the street.

The worst meal. All the food was cold and I love 5 minutes away. Called to let them know the reason was short staffed. Went back to get a new hopefully hot buy no the same cheese was not even melted, cold fries. They need to shut down one drive thru as owners of this facility I would think you would take enough notice as to what people are getting in the drive through and how many people going through there with one person doing the meals just deplorable I cannot believe and I won't go again to this McDonald's it's just ridiculous after going twice the same meal the same cold it's unacceptable I can't believe that you guys actually think that you're doing well but you're not. Customer service is priority you don't seem to think so.
