A friendly local bar with a Irish/alaskan feel. The bar tenders are very friendly and will remember you very quickly. It is a nice place to go for a few drinks and feel like a local.

I have been all over Anchorage looking for a bar that is slightly lower than ground level, and I have finally found it. From the outside, Reilly's looks like a bar that is at ground level, but is perhaps just a little short. When you walk in, however, you quickly realize that the parking lot outside is about a foot and a half taller than the floor of the seating area. This makes for an incredible drinking experience, which makes bar-goers feel as if they are partially underground. I liked the pictures on the wall, too. And the drinks tasted good, also. I think that also I liked the vibes in here, which is important as well.
