The food is great, it's delicious! Some of the best pupusas are here (and I've tried many). However, as good as the food is, the service is not on par. I understand why it can take long to get your food but the last two times I came, I've asked for water and it never arrives (actually, I'm sitting here waiting and about to pay and leave and nothing). They don't really check up on you so if you're not in a middle table, they might overlook you. Again though, the food is great and is the reason I'm here.

Why? What a great experience! Even though this location is kind of in a not so great area, this gem was the best service I had in a while as well as delicious! The pupsas were fresh and the curtido was amazing! Thank u for the sweet welcome! The hot sauce is so freaking beautiful as well!!

Recently sat in for lunch. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and worth it. Homemade with lots of dedication and effort. We asked to get the pupusas extra fried and they did an excellent job.

My partner and I came here to try pupusas. It was a great experience. Service was nice and friendly. Food came out pretty quick. I recommend going for the fast and friendly service. Good for all ages with a variety of dishes for adults and kids. I ordered two Loroco pupusas with cheese, and a side of rice and fried plantains.

A hood place if your looking for papusas, the prices are on the high end but the location has very nice seating and atmosphere for the family.

This place is amazing. Had two pupusa and tamale de elote. Both were excellent and muy sabrosso! The cabbage salad and salsas were very tasty. The salsa verse had a nice kick to it.

I had Caldo de Pata, 😋 pupusa revuelta, platano con frijoles y crema, chocolate y atol de elote! Everything was HOT and delicious! Service was great and fast! But everything is made to order so at least 15mins wait but worth every minute!

My kiddo is half Salvadoran, so I'm showing her some authentic Central American food! She got the tamales and ensalada, which was delicious! I had the pupusas with loroco and casamiento, so amazing! They also have a great beer selection. Highly recommend!

Two things keep it from 5 stars: Not the largest selection of pupusas; they were missing a few that I was looking for. The pupusas were much more greasy than what I'm accustomed to, making them hard to eat with your hands, which I'm told is the Salvadorian way to do it. Okay other than those 2 minor complaints this place was great, lots of food on the menu besides pupusas as well as a great selection of packaged foods (none of which I was familiar with). Of course the restaurant mainly caters to its local Latino market, but they had no qualms in speaking English or helping us understand something. They also had a nice outdoor setup because the large indoor dining area was closed. Overall, I've tasted better pupusas in SoCal, but the service and experience here was good enough to make me consider returning. Maybe next time I'll try another Salvadorian plate.
