Long time dive bar recently underwent a facelift and some needed modernization... Looking pretty good Off Limits. Recent change in staff members behind the bar also make for some positive changes. Manager Sharon is a pleasure to sit with and a heck of a pool player. Lisa, nightlife bartender, is always smiling and making us laugh.
