Tried this place today and it is the best authentic Egyptian food restaurant I came across so far. Food quality was good and wait time was not too bad. Definitely recommend it
So glad I found this place. Went for my birthday and it was the best part of my day!! Food was awesome, service and atmosphere was good. Kudos to the lady chef in the kitchen...tasted like we were eating from her home kitchen! For sure will go back! Can't wait to try the other dishes, next time will try the Koshary!
I am really sorry I left California before hearing about this place ,too many friends telling me NOW how excellent it is , I loved it before visiting it .
One day (soon) I will come back to California for a visit and that's will be a place I'd like to try food they provide.

We eat here every time we visit Anaheim. The food is just like we had while traveling in Egypt. If you need a koshary fix, go already! If you don't know what koshary is, you should also go! Kebabs, Turkish coffee, and other items excellent.
Great food, good service. The buffet that they have is amazing and tasty, they should have this buffet in usual days at least once a week, not just at Ramadan month.

The falafel and kunafa are soooo good, and remind me of the ones back in Egypt, definitely the place to go!

I absolutely love this place! Everything about it is great! from delicious food, the amazing vibe and the friendliness of the staff! Everything is cooked to perfection and in such a short time. The koshari is better than the ones I ate actually in Egypt. The sogoq and the Alexandrian beef liver is full of flavor you can't get enough!! I want to definitely try everything on the menu, so will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!
Great, comfortable, and welcoming. My boss took us here for dinner. The food was amazing!! Plenty of hookah options.

Not the prettiest of places, and definitely not the best place to sit in if you don't like the heat of the kitchen, but the food was definitely good. We tried sitting outside, but the heat got to us so we moved inside. I went with a party of 11 and the food came out hot and fresh. The bashamel lacked seasoning, but looks amazing. The kooshari was incredible! My sister-in-law loved the stuffed pigeon, and my daughter ate up the moolokia.
It wouldn't hurt to hire more servers and to clean a bit more

Pure deliciousness, every dish we had was authentic, hot, fresh, and delicious! Hookah was awesome the service is fantastic! The lentil soup is one of the best I've had. You will not be disappointed.
Food is great, service isnt so great, friendly staff they just forget to bring out what you ordered and dont cone by as frequently as needed.
Atmosphere is good but its basically mainly outdoor so dif have to dress for the weather. The indoor part barely counts and more of a lobby
The Kunafa is the best in town!
Cairo Restaurant & Cafe has awesome customer service. Their khanafe and humus are the best. Food here was tasty and cooked to order. Everything was fresh and warm when we received it. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

I love this place, amazing vibes and I love the food my personal favorite is the kushri I am a picky eater but I fell head over heels for this place, the waiters are so nice and sweet, and they have the nicest owner and chef. Been going for years and I love it…. Also if you have babies or kids the staff is so nice with them and often will play with them.
I drove more than 7 hours from Arizona to LA without sleeping from yesterday and instead of having some rest in my hotel i came here to Cairo restaurant. And it was amazing 🤩 the best Egyptian food i had in a long time . I hope you will open a new restaurant in Arizona . Saif the manager and youssef were amazing, and it was real authentic egyptian food. Totally recommend it.
Finally got a chance to try this place out, i'm Egyptian so have high expectations...i must say this place is ON POINT, I ordered the Beef Shawarma but the server said i should get the "Fatta" aka Lamb Shank w rice & sauce..i said ok i'll try it..it was the BEST FATTA i've had in my life, better than what i've had in Egypt, i'm really impressed. I also tried the grape leaves and Hawawshi and they were delicious.
Service was great with a smile, food came quick, will definitely be back again, i'm so glad i found this place.
Phenomenal, very authentic tasting, excellent portions, & very reasonable priced. I'm willing to bet you won't find Egyptian food this homegrown tasting anywhere in Cali. No BS
