The course is in good shape dispit all our recent down pour. Fairways were lush and although greens were just airiated we still had a great time. Love how the pine trees frame all the fairways.
Played today, in spite of significant rain course was in great condition. Greens rolling true and fairways well maintained. This is a jewel of a course designed by RTJ Sr. I haven’t played it in few years and made a point of diverting trip to play. Staff was very professional, offered free coffee on
GREAT layout! If you go thru 6 thru 9 1 or 2 over you have done very well. 9 and 18 are nasty finishing holes. One of the place I miss living in The Villages FL.. Played there a lot back a LONG time ago. Course is kind of dependent on the weather. Can get hard with no rain and soft with too much. Th
The course was in good shape dispit all our recent down pours. The greens were consistent from hole to hole and the fairways were lush and mowed evenly. Had an enjoyable 18 holes.
Coors played extremely well today while manicured greens needed a little help in spots but overall very satisfying to play
Incredible Value - Enjoyable Experience Amsterdam Muni is an excellent and challenging extremely well laid out golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in the 1930's that is a par 71 6,309 yard layout from the Mens' White Tees. I have played the course 4 times in the last month with friends
Greens are in the worse condition I've seen in 40yrs playing there...avoid unless they give a huge discount on price!! No excuses for such poor playing conditions given the easy winters the past 2 yrs
Decent course, but an excellent value. A couple of the greens were a bit rough, but the vast majority of greens and all of the fairways were very well maintained.
