I visited this place 5 years ago and I still remember it so well because it was the best Pizza I have ever had in my life. It is even better than the pizza in Italy. The topping they use were all organic and from local farms. The chef was in control of the dough so well and he threw it many times to make it thinner. I will definitely visit it when I go to the States.

I had never visited this restaurant, despite living in the area for two years, until my girlfriend insisted on me going. I was a bit skeptical about the limited menu, never having flat bread before, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I even initially thought about not getting the dish "with the works" but that would be an abomination. The seating area is good for it's small size and the wait time is pretty normal. Calling ahead can save you time when you know it's going to be busy though.

After my first taste, I was in love. The flat bread is perfectly prepared and always a good portion size. I think you get more, however, when you get it for carryout vs dining in. The staff blends well with the relaxed atmosphere, with a couple of employees even remembering my name since I go there so often!

I advise everyone I know to visit the restaurant and will continue going myself for as long as I can.

THE Pizza place to go. Great staff, good beer menu, always the best, healthiest ingredients for whatever pizza you order. Get there early. Wood oven and nice bar area in an historic building.

O espaço é acolhedor, em tons quentes, e com um forno a lenha.
Todos os produtos utilizados para confeccionar esta comidinha são biológicos, e o Flatbread homenageia todos os produtores locais onde vai buscar cada ingrediente. Se não é fresco, não entra no Flatbread. A grande diferença para todos os locais de pizza que conheço, é que realmente, tudo tem um sabor único, acabadinho de recolher e pronto a comer.
Para ajudar à situação, todo o staff é amoroso, talentoso e sabe bem o que faz. A massa das pizzas é fina e estaladiça.
As nossas sobremesas foram gelado de abóbora com natas batidas e bolo de canela e bolo de banana e baunilha com chocolate derretido.
Delicioso.
Se por algum acaso estiverem a viajar por estes lados, POR FAVOR não deixem de passar pelo Flatbread. É longe das grandes cidades, mas vale cada dentada.

The room is inviting, with warm colours, and the oven is to die for. 
All the products used in making the food are organic, and Flatbread proudly shows off their local farmers. If it isn't fresh, its not used at Flatbread. Really, the big difference between this place and the regular pizza houses, is in their ingredients. You bite them, and you know they are organic and fresh and delicious.
To help the situation, the entire staff is sweet, talented, and knowledgeable. The pizza dough is thin and crunchy.
Our desserts were pumpkin ice cream with whip cream and cinnamon cake and banana bread with vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge.
If by any chance you are travelling around this area, PLEASE stop by Flatbread. It's a bit far from the big cities, but worth every bite.

50/50. I ate here with two teens, my first time. My daughter had been to the Portland, Maine Flatbread and she loved it. We ordered the Coevolution and the Mopsy's Kalua Pork Pie. The two are very different. The Mopsy's was delicious: sweet and savory , plenty of toppings that were tasteful and delicious. We devoured it. We were disappointed in the Coevolution, it seemed the cook was stingy with the toppings and it didn't have nearly enough flavors. Parts of the pizza were totally devoid of any toppings. But the crust was the best anywhere. We'll definitely visit again. Love the atmosphere, music, service, the organic ingredients and the funky building.

Omg!. This place left me speechless!! I am visiting from Las Vegas, and let me tell ya, this is the best damn pizza I have ever had! I've been here for a week and I've gone 3 times! The people there are so so nice and the aroma is breathtaking! The fact that everything is organic and brought from local farms is amazing! The banners are creative and the menu is simple! I wish there was a way I could bring some back home with me because everyone needs to eat here at least once in their life! Or just open a location in Vegas, I'll help!

Absolutely amazing, as per the usual. My family and I come here often to have a nice comforting meal on Fridays as a celebration of another week of finished work. We adore the food here. Pizza is always tasty and hot, we love to take an entire pie home as it reheats incredibly. To start off I got a salad with a scoop of goat cheese, it tasted delicious, the lettuce crisp and dressed amply. I’ve found the amount of dressing to vary greatly depending on which day you go. I’ve had dry flatbread’s salads, and drowned ones as well. This one tonight has been the best dressed, with not too much, but not too little as well! The portion size was incredible which I’m extremely happy about, a large helping of lettuce with a generous amount of seaweed on top. The cheese was satisfying, but it tasted slightly different from the previous time I had it. Although I preferred the rich, slightly sour (in a good way) taste of the cheese from my previous visit, it was still delicious. I found the cheese to be a bit less flavourful tonight. No matter! The pizza was amazing. Jay’s heart and two pepperoni + mushroom topped pies. The crust is thin and toppings generous. Each piece is light and has an addictive flavour. Quite hard to stop yourself from wolfing more and more down, be careful! 10/10, go for it if you’re thinking of coming!

With no exaggeration, this is the best pizza place in New England. The wood fire oven is great and the ingredients are all super fresh. The restaurant itself has a nice cozy feel and they have delightful daily specials. Their dessert is also top notch. If you want takeout, Flatbread Co has that too, and it’s a very smooth and easy process. Easy 5 star!

We have been coming every summer for over 6 years . Each year the white pizza with fresh tomatoes. We ordered to large which was plenty for 4 women, has always been fabulous . The apple cider doughnut with ice cream and fresh whip cream is a have too try. Our waitress tonight Deanne was friendly, curtious and we loved her. Every year the wait staff and in fact everyone who works there are excellent. See ya next year....thank you for never disappointing us. Keep up the good work.

First experience dining here and blown away by the quality. The salad is all organic produce and the ginger dressing is insanely good. We got the homemade sausage pizza and I loved the organic mushrooms combined with the sundried tomatoes and sausage. Well balanced pizza. We also got a small "Jay's Heart" which is their cheese pizza. So good! My 7 year old said this was a "very good" cheese pizza. The crust is amazing because it's thin and crispy. So good! While I didn't have a drink, quality selection of local craft beer and good wine list. On another day, I will indulge. Service was friendly and quick and the prices are great for the quality of the food. Highly recommend to all pizza lovers!

Outstanding pizza! I’m so glad I stumbled across this place. I had a homemade sausage pizza. It’s not as heavy as it sounds. Amazing. I can’t wait to come back. Thanks. Staff is great and friendly. Eat In House if you can. Great atmosphere

This place is great. You sit outside and enjoy the sunshine, drink a beer or some wine or one of their Root Beer floats, and you get to eat some top notch Pizza! Their recipes aren't standard by any means and their specials rotate frequently. The food was very rich and the atmosphere is great near the River.

Really nice outdoor space with lots of tables. The pizza is oven fired and they specialize in local, sustainable ingredients. I've tried 3 different flavors so far and have been happy with all of them. Their homemade sausage is really good. They also have some nice cocktails, beer and wine. Good spot to share some pizza with friends!

Good vibes on a sunny day, but service was slow. Waited 45 minutes for a single take out pizza. Pizza was a bit dry but good.
