I work around Campustown as a UPS driver and I deliver to Macubana often. I was feeling hungry one day and while I was in there I looked at the menu. I asked Herb if he could make a Buffalo Mac and cheese and he was more than accommodating for my request. I have never tasted something so amazing before. The noodles were cooked to perfection, the Buffalo chicken stripes were cut and placed on top with Buffalo sauce drizzled over it and blue cheese crumbles. This was absolutely the best Mac and cheese I have ever had. I now request this item and told hi. This should be on the menu. If you haven’t eaten at Macubana you have no idea what you are missing. Thank you Herb and company for the incredible lunch.

This place may have a new name since the last time we visited but we had an equally enjoyable experience for breakfast this morning. Creative menu, excellent, freshly cooked food and good coffee. The menu for lunch and dinner appeals to my ISU student too and she will likely be ordering carryout from here in the future. Server was absolutely delightful. Such a shame we were the only people in there at 10am on a Sunday morning. Give this place a try...you won't regret it!
