Red Lobster

Pretty disappointed with our visit. I know we are in harder times but I would think less quantity would be higher quality. Not the case here. Wife ordered a lobster, shrimp, salmon meal. I ordered the fresh trout. We both ordered side salads with it and we both had to pick out bad lettuce. My was the normal side salad. Came with cheese and croutons. Super plain. My wife’s meal was fairly good but her whole plate was completely covered in butter. My fish was just well, editable. My skin was super soggy. Fish was blackened and had very little flavor. Server was very nice. Was a little spacey. The biscuits were on point!!

Excellent service and food. A lot of close parking and a clean restroom and resteraunt. The only negative was that with ample seating, I was seated by a huge and loud group, which was a little inconvient. Jacob, the waiter, was fantastic. The menu is huge with special lunch options and daily specials. Prices are high on some menu options.

Updated review.... After placing my original review (below) I was contacted by red lobster and we are very satisfied with how their guest relations department reached out and rectified the problem. Thank you. I really appreciate it. I love red lobster and have eaten here for years but we had a horrible take out experience here. I ordered 2 meals for me and my husband and an appetizer and when we got home with our food it was just thrown together. My husband had the wrong sides and his lobster tail was a joke. Its hard to tell how tiny this lobster tail is in the picture but you can see his 2 shrimp are bigger than the one side of the lobster tail. He opened his meal and literally asked me where it was because he thought they forgot it completely. and we ordered a potato not rice.. I gurantee they would have never sent his meal to a table but just thought oh throw it in the to go order they wont be able to complain until they are long gone. Our stuffed mushrooms smelled really weird and were thrown into a bowl so the stuffing was out of the mushrooms and swimming in the juices. Im just really mad i paid 80 plus dollars for 2 meals and ended up very annoyed and hungry.
