You can't beat this price ($8.50 for lunch as of April 30, 2019). And they have decent food for the price. You can eat all the fried dumplings (potstickers) you want. I love their egg drop soup. If you are looking for a fancy buffet restaurant, this is not your place but if you are looking for a place where you can eat nice Chinese food for a great price, this place is it.
I have it 5 starts as a tasting relative to Asian Buffet joints. I grew up with amazing homemade Chinese /Southeast Asian food. So I'm always skeptical about buffets like this. Indeed, all buffets leave something to be desired. I was surprised here. From the coffee to the dishes on the buffet bar, everything was tasty. I highly recommend eating here. After reading other reviews, I guess it's hit or miss. I follows some big poly boys, regulars. They like the place.
Walnut shrimpnisbour favorite, also the salmon is really good. We've been coming here for years, the owner is super nice.
We have been eating there several times per month for 10+ years. I am surprised at the negative comments, especially about cold food, the food is in a steamer tray so it is keep at a good temp. They are usually busy so the food turns over pretty quickly. We can almost always count on the food being good and fresh, occasionally a dish will miss, that happens. We were there one time when a fresh bath of grilled green beans (which we quite like) came out a woman came in and literally screams that they were not fresh because they were shriveled, grilled green beans shrivel.
the variety is good for the size of the restaurant, quality is dependably good, price is just a tad high but not terrible. If you want gourmet cuisine, this might not be your place but if you want good dependable food, with a fair variety you won't be wrong choosing Asian Buffet, American Fork.
I'm very pleasantly surprised to have found this place. A lot of the dishes tasted great and were fresh, the friendly and attentive staff were engaged, and it was a very positive experience. Only thing keeping it from a 5 was that the worst food I had was the egg rolls, which should be a staple at any Asian restaurant, but they were surprisingly bad. But very good buffet otherwise!
This place is always a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is great and other days it's cold and been there for a bit. Feel like thats just how a buffet is. This is always a good choice to go with friends. There is a good variety and the staff is nice enough. The price seems to be on par for the quality of food in an all you can eat situation.
My family and I absolutely love Asian Buffet! The walnut shrimp is AMAZING! The sushi is good, the salmon is YUMMY!!! They are always on top of drinks and try their best with the language barrier. It's clean and they are always changing out food so its as fresh as possible. We are regulars there!
Oh man do we love coming here for the food. I feel that this spot has more flavor then others do. I love the gyōza and garlic string beans plus others. The only thing that I miss is the hospitality of service, I don't get that here and sometimes that holds me back from coming again. But we enjoy the food.
I give this four stars, because for it's price, it's not that bad as it is all you can eat. I don't have much money, so this is good if you want food fast and at a reasonable price. However some days are better then others. I would recommend that they put the sushi next to a source of ice. The staff are friendly and it's definitely family friendly. However, I feel as if there is a chance you may get food poisoning as some of the foods tastes like it's been out a while. Ive been here many times before and it hasn't happened yet. But I know others have been sick from being here. People complain about the cleanliness of the building and serving procedure. I'm here the tell you that the restaurant has been here for a long time and gone through many health inspections. They may have barely past them I don't know. but they have passed them. So if you're down for cheeper asian-american food and are willing to take the risk of possible food poisoning. This place is for you.
Decent Asian buffet. Lots of options and it all tasted good. There was one downside, the air was very greasy. My wife and I were there for less than an hour but our clothes smelled so much like grease that we had to change when we got home. The weird part was the food didn't taste that way. I think something was messed up with their ventilation system.
Nice place. Not a big selection of food but what they had was tasty, hot and plentiful. Refills were fast and the servers were friendly and curtious. Not to expensive either. I'll be going back the next time my belly yells "buffet".
Love love love this place! We were those customers that came in 30 minutes before closing and they were so kind to us - more Han happy to cook specific foods that we wanted. All the ladies were so nice and the food is very good. Large variety. Worth a try in my opinion
Love this place. Me and my friends are here at least once every 2 weeks. The food is always consistent and delicious. This is my goto buffet, their staff all speak Chinese and its always quiet and smells good. I love the variety and the fact its only 7 bucks a person. Buffet or big mac? Buffet
Another one of my (and my daughter's) favorite Chinese food & Sushi buffets (Mongolian Grill, too). The price is reasonable considering it is an all you care to eat (and you can pay extra for take home). I enjoy the food taste best when it is freshly put out at lunch (11 am). They have many seats and lots of parking, so drop-in anytime to check it out (very informal and kid friendly). You can also practice your Chinese language skills if you like (smile).
I've always loved this place! I know there are cheaper all you can eat places, but this one by far is the best! Considering that they have all sorts of seafoods and a Mongolian stir-fry too, it is pretty awesome. Just watch the guys when they stir-fry, they sometimes put sauces on that you don't ask for. The clean-up we usually do ourselves because we don't want to bother the waitresses, and other than them screaming at each other in Chinese or whatever language, it is a good place.
