We were a large party of 18 and our server, Sébastien, took great care of us! He was extremely diligent to get our orders right and he kept up with drink refills and chips and salsa. The place was packed with many large parties and they functioned very well. The food was amazing and I came wait to go back.
I'm giving them a 5 ⭐ because we are consistently pleased when we come occasionally now. In the past, before we knew what to order here, we sometimes got a plate that was not stellar, maybe a 3 or 4.
This time I had the mole chicken enchiladas which is a lot of mole, but I like this plate occasionally...
But like many places, when you know what they are good at (and they are very good at many things), combining that with very friendly and helpful service makes this an enjoyable meal outing for us...
#MiRanchitoAF is a nice Mexican restaurant with traditional family recipes. Some unique dishes as well as standard fare. They serve Free chips and salsa which is always nice as an appetizer before the ordered Entrees. We tried a few yummy dishes. #BeefAndBeanBurrito is a Burrito smothered with sauce and cheese and was served with Mexican rice, and beans. Came with enough tor leftovers. The #MolePoblano was wonderful. It’s a favorite Mexican dish, tender chicken breast strips served with a Molé sauce which is an ancient Mexican savory, and sweet recipe. Their Molé was very good, nice flavor. The dish Came with Mexican rice, beans, lettuce and warm corn tortillas. #BistecEnRajitas is Steak strips, marinated in Salsa Roja, seasoned with onions, tomato chunks and green peppers. It was very flavorful. The dish was served with beans, Mexican rice, lettuce, and Corn tortillas. Everything came out hot and fresh. Great service included. Nice big portions Will be back to try more fun dishes.
We just had a Fantastic dinner at the American Fork Mi Ranchito Mexican grill. This restaurant is super clean and it is a beautiful updated restaurant. It has great local owners, a friendly staff, and Miguel, our server, was absolutely amazing and did a top notch job from start to finish!! The food was so awesome-we had cheese enchiladas and amazing steak fajitas!!! The portion sizes were so big-we definitely didn’t leave the restaurant hungry! It was such a great meal! Thank you Miguel, our server, all team members and the owners for sharing a great restaurant experience for us! I have known the local owners for over 20 years and they care about serving incredible food, creating a fun atmosphere and they care about their staff and customers. We will definitely be back very soon!!! My wife and I would give this restaurant 6 stars!!!

Came here tonight for my Dad’s birthday. Server Juan was AWESOME. Very on top of food, drinks, brought TONS of chips and salsa, and was super friendly! Food was great, they brought my dad a fried ice cream with cinnamon chips and sang him a song and put a sombrero on his head. Fun restaurant!
Great place, amazing food, and fairly nice service. I love coming to Mi Ranchito, having been several times. I love their food and it tastes really authentic and is very delicious. This particular visit was a little disappointing. I had never had this Taco Salad before and it was lacking some taste. It had lettuce, shredded chicken, beans, sour cream, and guacamole. I left the tomatoes off because I am not a fan of whole pieces of tomatoes. But it seemed to be missing a sauce or dressing of sort to give a unified taste. It was pretty good, filling, but I was left wanting something that the salad did not give me. I will go back, but I probably will not partake of the salad again.
I've been here before, but haven't left a review. It's delicious, affordable and on a Sunday in Utah County... We walked right in for dinner. The veggie enchiladas were great. Beef and bean burrito was mostly beef and cheese, not bean. Guac was good but there are jalapeños of spice isn't your thing heads up.
The food was delicious and filling. Good portions. The customer service was great, one of the workers took a special request to sing happy birthday to my dad.
I love Mi Ranchito! But I do wish the rice had a bit more flavor (it would look less plain too), I wish the refried beans were a little thicker (they seem a tiny bit watery), and that the chicken had some more seasoning too. But I love the sauce. The fried ice cream is always so yummy and the presentation of the food is great. The staff is friendly and was very helpful and checked in with us often. The atmosphere is fun and colorful! Such a great place to go as a group. What would make it better would be the lighting. A little less fluorescent and more dim would be nice aesthetically. But the food is yummy and the experience is always fun!
Moved 10 years ago from the east coast. It has taken me this long to find an amazing Mexican restaurant like where I grew up. Amazing food. The beef and chicken fajitas are the best! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was almost perfect. Just missing some music but the manager said just ask and she will put her phone at your table. Places like this are where I want my money going. Loved it with my wife and kids.
Must have been a busy night. We did wait a bit for someone to seat us. The place was near full. It was also clean.
We sat and took a few to find what we wanted. I got the chicken burrito supreme and my wife got the Chile Verde dinner.
Both were hot and the wait wasn't very long. I was starving so I ate the entire burrito. Usually I can't. The chicken was a bit bland but still good. The wife liked her plate.
I would definitely go back!

I've been coming here for several years and it's always so good! Even while busy, we got seated right away, chips and salsa showed up within a few minutes, our server came in great time, and the food is always hot and fresh without a long wait. And reasonably priced. We just love coming here!
Our waitress had a super cute personality. She had us laughing several times. We were waiting for our Grandson and his wife to join us for dinner. We are from Tucson AZ and had a couple of hours to wait until they could meet us. We had Margaritas and fried Jalapeños along with their amazing chips and salsa while we were waiting for them to join us. The service was exceptional and they were ok with us hanging out for a couple of hours. We have been going to this restaurant for 37 years. The food is authentic and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. We love this place!
