Frank's Pizzeria

Again, I am BAFFLED about Ambridge citizens and their tolerance for subpar pizza joints. Do they enjoy the paltry list of ingredients to choose from? Perhaps chicken, bacon, FRESH mushrooms, and banana peppers are alien to the local’s palate. I’m not speaking to service, but the quality of this so-called pizza is just… sad. #AmbridgeDeservesBetter One star, plus one more for their product being edible. Do better.

I eat pizza anywhere and everywhere I go. I have lived in beaver county for 39 years and this is the first time I tried franks. I was told by so many people how amazing this place is. Honestly, I got 2 pepperoni pizzas and a white pizza. For all of the hype, this is really a subpar pizza. The white pizza was good and that why I gave them 3 stars and not w stars. The pepperoni they throw on the pizza is thick. My family has owned a pizza business for over 30 years, the excuse the cheese is under the sauce is code for I am cheap and don't want to spend the money throw cheese on pizza. Literally I wiped off all the sauce on top and you for 3 or 4 strands of cheese on the pizza. Actually I should be rating this 2 stars, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The pizza I buy from Walmart in the freezer is better than this to be completely honest.
