It was amazing! Not only was what we ordered delicious 😋 but the young lady named Kris that works there made the most amazing 🍒 limeade EVER!!! They were all very nice! Highly recommend!

The Philly Cheesesteak potato is only available as a weekly special and is in my opinion the best concoction of a spud and an American classic, the Philly. Please make it a permanent addition to the menu!

Loved this place! Great service great food! Would be back if passing through Amarillo. Don't let the outside fool you. Very clean and very good! Wish they had one in McKinney.

The Potato Factory is a unique restaurant. It seems more like a fast food restaurant based on the drive thru and how quickly they served our food. The staff is knowledgeable and was helpful in deciding what to order for our first time. The owner was there when we went and he was friendly and made sure everyone was satisfied. He seems to run a well trained staff and has a product and brand that is unconventional but definitely worthwhile. I always thought of baked potatoes as sides but they are the main course here and believe me you will be filled and satisfied. The portions are large so 2 people could easily share one plate.

The line moved quickly. They had our food ready as soon as we got to the window. The food was hot and delicious. We ordered a ham and cheese potato with sour cream and chives. Also had a BBQ & nacho cheese potato. 🥔 🧀
