Taco Bell

I am a regular Taco Bell customer in many cities and this one I honestly was very disappointed. I ordered online like usual to eat instead and the doors where closed first issue. Then i preceeded to the drive through and when I got my order I checked it and noticed that one of my items was cold and told the associate she said park up front and we will get you another one, and I told her please don't put sour cream. Another associate approached me and gave me a bag with the item, he left. I opened the bag and checked the item and it had sour cream. I parked in another spot and called nobody answered, so I drove to the drive through window, but had to wait in-line until I arrived at the window and said I asked please no sour cream and it had sour cream an associate approached be very angry and said we are overwhelmed and we don't have any AC in the store then she said move to the front and wait all this in a rude manner. By this time the rest of my food was already cold. They brought me the Taco and it was fine, bottom line it took me more than 45 minutes to get my food and at the end I had to only eat the Taco brought to me without sour cream. I will have to say that for one thing I will never stop again at this Taco Bell and this also will make me think about ordering online. Please be careful future customers.

I Excited that the Mexican pizza is back, until I went to this taco bell and received sh*t . See how they will act as if the customer is being rude if I would have went back and ask for my money back ... When we step and spend money with a place you should receive what you asked for with no problem . But not here and it's wrong . I rate a 0 ...

It's was ok until I checked the food. My husband got a wrong burrito and my dad did not get his cinnamon twists. Both times when we told manager she acted like she didn't want to do anything about it so you know we gave to you. Also when my brother came inside to let us know that they were leaving she yelled at him that you can't get a refill.

We pulled up at 9:12 ordered they told me to pull around they would bring my order out we waited 15 minutes I had to go in when I did they didn't even know I was out there waiting for my food couldn't even find my ticket because the girl at the window didn't give me one luckily I paid with a card well here it is 9:45 I get my food drive all the way home to find they made us lettuce tacos hardly no meat in the chulupas .I called to complain and phones off the hook wow what an experience....
