Modern shop with lots of room. There may not always be a place to sit, I've counted 21 folks working on laptops at once. Knowledgeable staff that will help you learn about the drink, friendly and welcoming. Turned out a couple of good solid local roasts. Cappuccino and cold brew are my picks.
It's like heaven in a cup. Everything is always superb! Not to mention the staff who are always willing to go above and beyond.
Single handedly the best espresso experience I've ever had. This was part of a cross-country trip with stops at the "best" coffee shops along the route. No where else in the US or Europe have I found more exquisite attention to detail or complex smoothness in something as simple as espresso. Bravo. I will have to find a reason to stop there again!

We were told this was the best place in Canyon for coffee. And the gentleman did not lie. The baristas were Awesome!!!! The art they did very impressive!!! Very friendly. A cozy coffee shop. But I'm really really Sad that you are 8 hrs away. Hope to visit again. BEST COFFEE !!!!!
It's ten minutes out of my way to work, just ten minutes and I get the best service and delicious coffee that totally saves the entire day. Thank you palace for making me a believer!
I love supporting local businesses and this business is homegrown. It had a charming interior and a super friendly staff. I never drink coffee, but one day I popped in and needed a boost, and I loved what I got! The owner was there and he was super nice. I love how he gives jobs to so many young people in our community. I hope to see more locations open up. I hope to see more jobs.

Amazing staff and atmosphere..Mallory was so personable..i felt like a regular even though it was my first time. They make thier own syrups in house and have seasonal available as well. I was highly impressed with the whole experience. Definitely highly recommend. -MD

Super friendly service and no one scoffed at me when I asked for decaf at 7 am! Local roaster with great options whether you are a connoisseur or just looking for a quick cup of Joe. My decaf pour over was so delicious I got some beans to go home.
Today was my first time trying this coffee shop. It was a really nice experience. The two girls working were so friendly. They told me all about the coffee shop. This place makes there own syrup to. I can taste that. It has a unique taste. This is one of the best coffee shops I have ever tried. Super awesome employees.
Whenever we road trip, I look up local cafés in each town we overnight in, and pick one at random (if there’s more than one 🙃). I’m so glad I picked Palace in Amarillo! I can’t speak to their coffee roasts, because my go-to drink is an almond milk latte (which was 10/10 ⭐️), but the place smelled amazing, and that says a lot for me, because I can’t stand the smell of Starbucks coffee. Other than the fact that they’re easily accessible because they’re seemingly EVERYWHERE, Starbucks’ popularity baffles me, especially when there are places like Palace around.
The service at Palace was great, and the pastry we got was delicious.
We visited Palace Coffee on our way out of Amarillo on a road trip. The barista was so friendly, asking our names and correct spelling - including my kids! The coffee is high quality and tasty. Pretty cool atmosphere too :) Definitely recommend it for a great coffee experience!
Very nice place. 👌 Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were passing through town and had the Honey Badger from the signature drinks menu. We were very impressed by the quality and taste. Thanks for a great experience for road-worn travelers!
Breve & Chi Lattes were very good. A good bold & rich roast in their espresso. Plus a very nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy coffee at any time of the day.
