Taco John's

Called the store to discuss the constant missing of add-ons or extras like sour cream or hot sauce or any other items you should add to their products and some products are extra charges. They have been constantly not adding sour cream even though it is paid for. And other items as well but they don't charge for them. But it will be on the receipt. Well, today was the last straw. Carlos was nice the girl handing out the food was nice. We were even told to pull ahead and wait while three other vehicles left with their orders. We waited only to find out they didn't put sour cream on. So made the phone call to a lady pretending to be the store manager she then handed the phone to another lady named Monique as she was handing the phone to her she said "this guy says we forgot items in his order and it happens all the time it's unbelievable" Monique says "what's your problem" I said who is this she said the store manager. I told her the other lady said she was the store manager???? She then said what's wrong with a nasty attitude. I explained to her what I had told the other lady. She said so what do you want me to do about. I called the corporate office and left a message for someone to call. Compliment the customer service and food quality and they say nothing when you tell them they made a mistake they go into denial.

A must-stop when we're in Iowa or heading west. As vegetarians, they will let us order tacos with beans instead of beef at no additional charge. Potato oles plus chips and cheese. A really filling meal (and we ignore that it's our calories for the day). This location has always been clean when we stop; customer service has been friendly and helpful.

Worse experience ever!! I came in to pick up my food and the entire restaurant was a complete mess. People were waiting over 10 minutes for they're good and wasn't even correct. The employees looked dirty and standing around watching others work. No leadership at all. I will never be back and told others to stay away

Had a good experience at this place, 1st time there, we stoped for some fast food on our way back to the campground thar we stay at close by, and found our awning torn from our camper, and destroy,and in the had if trying to get that mess secured, we had to eat our food cold,andeven cold the tacos we had we're still very tasty , wasn't there fault the storm hit us, but after the ordeal we we're happy to have some food that even cold wasn't disappointing. I'm sure I would have enjoyed them more under different sercumstances. Again not any fault of Taco John's. They ended up being a bad day saver.
