Papa Johns Pizza

Visited Altoona and got in late. Most everywhere else was closed so I opted for Papa John’s. Please forgive me as I forget the gentleman’s name who took my delivery order but he was very pleasant, personable and patient with me. I ordered 30 plain chicken poppers with BBQ on the side. 40 minutes (as he said it would be) they arrived. WOW! They were amazing! I’ve had Dominoes and where I live, they are horrible. I’m going to try the Poppa John’s near me. I hope they’re as wonderful. Great Job Altoona Poppa John’s!

We just ordered a pizza, and we had to go to sheetz to break a big bill we had for a tip. He ended up getting to our apartment before we got back, and he called us while we were in the store to let us know he’s there. We explained that we’ll be there in about 3 ish minutes and he didn’t hesitate to wait for us! I wish I knew his name to give!

Terrible customer service. Don't trust the app I was charged 9 times for my order. Forced to jump threw hoops to get a refund. Very little concern from anyone with the company. It was very frustrating consider I ended up paying $126 for 3 pizzas. Will never order from papa John's ever again. Terrible company stick to the local shops.

I ordered for delivery on our very snowy day and they couldn't make it to the house which is totally understandable. But on there app that lets you know if it's on the way or delivered or whatever said it was delivered. It never was. Sonic called cause I was wondering where my delivered pizza was. They claimed they called. No phone call was ever made. So I'm wondering if I hadn't of called and just let it go what would of happened with my money that I paid since it was "delivered". I just feel this was bad business all around. Definitely hope this is not normal business practice for them. I called again to make sure my money was refunded and they were kinda rude. I was polite and respectful and as a customer expect the same.
