Pizza Hut

We stopped on our way home and absolutely enjoyed the service here. We felt welcomed and the staff was amazing. Brought all our food to the table. We got a bottle of water mid lunch and the staff member (Alexis) was nice enough to pay for it. I am in customer service and value good customer service. Alexis is a gem and if we didn't live 6 hours away and in another country we would visit regularly!

Normally it is great. However, this time besides the driver being given the wrong address and the pizza was not that hot, the pizza itself has some issues. There was only sauce at the edges of the pie. Hardly any pepperoni, the bacon on one side was sparse and the sausage seemed like it was just tossed to land anywhere on the pie, although it was to be on the other side.

I was told about 5 minutes for my order. I waited and waited and watched the cook put my order in the hot box and continue on. The lady that took my order was busy so I had to wait until she walked past and seen that I was still standing there. I was disappointed also because I got 5 orders of bread sticks and 2 orders of cinnamon rolls and my order was NOT put in a bag! It was handed to me with no assistance in walking out. I watched the lady before me have a lot more items in her order and the same thing, no bag and I am the one that helped her out. Its called common sense!
