Surprised by all the negative reviews. This is one of the best-run pizza chains in my opinion. Order on the app and pizza is always ready on time and accurate. Only have one occurrence where our order was wrong but management resolved it quickly.

Don't order food from this place!!! I ordered online and the driver showed up with only half of my order. I called the store and the employee who answered told me that the driver was on his way back with the other half of my order....he never arrived. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns in the future.
**Update...I called today to speak to the manager...the employee who answered stated that he was one of the managers...I explained my situation and he said, "ooh, ok" and hung up the phone. What great customer service!! So to sum it up...the food ...if you even get it...sucks . .and the customer service is what you would expect from Guantanamo Bay food services.

Called to place a pickup order, tried to order several Papadia sandwiches and a pizza. I asked for the sandwich to have light sauce and no cheese. I was told sandwich can’t be changed, it clearly ask on the website if you would like to customize your sandwich. I asked if sandwich’s were made to order or pre made. I have been ordering the same sandwich for months and always delete either the sauce or cheese. Since when can’t you order a sandwich to suit either your taste or dietary needs. If you like Papa John’s find another location.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Don't order pizza from them. I can assure you is one of the pizzas they dropped on the floor. The manager was drunk or something...What happened with Papa John's customer service?

So disappointed with the service here lately. Took a bit of my pizza only to get a mouthful of parchment paper?? Disgusting! Last time we ordered got a papdia sandwich with no sauce and burnt to a crisp. Seems like poor service is the new norm here. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews and cleans house with the current staff!

Ordered a pizza for carry out. Took the pizza to a friend's house (they are moving in) and it wasn't cut. Had to tear the pizza in order to eat. Called the store and they offered to replace the pizza if I drove back. They didn't offer for a free pizza another time or to send a driver with a cut pizza now or a free brownie some other time, etc. Why would I want to drive 15 minutes each way to correct the error of that Papa John's location? We tore the pizza and ate it. I am not happy that a better solution was not offered. When does it make sense for the customer to go out of their way to correct an error of a store? ADD EDIT: Was contacted by management. Management went out of their way after review to correct issue. Upgrading from 1 star to 4 star for the effort

It’s very annoying when they keep getting your order wrong. I have ordered from different Papa’s John and this is the worst experience I have gotten. I placed an order over the phone today and personally called to let them about my order. The clerk assured me he would make sure it’s done right. I get the pizza and it’s wrong. This is there the 3rd time and the last. I will say they are nice and polite but they don’t seem to know how to get things right.
