Went to the drive thru and was told to come inside because the screen was broken and they couldn't take my order. Which was a lie because several cars went through just fine after me. I waited inside for 20 minutes for my food. My sandwich and nuggets were cold by the time I finally got them. Kid tried to give me old fries in my kids meal but forgot to give me fries for my meal so I said give me fresh for both. He tried to tell me the fries he gave me were fresh but I had stood there for 20 mins and they were already in the fry bin when I came in so... 😒

Awesome Service! I was waiting in line across the street at the Wendy's restaurant as they were apparently having some sort of meltdown and the line was super long and not moving. I had a bad experience there previously so I decided to try Arby's across the street. Service was fast and the food was excellent and the best part was the server at the drive-through window was waving and talking to my grumpy daughter in her car seat and made her laugh and smile. Next time I am on exit 12 I will start on this side of the road.

I believe they have been under new management for at least 4 months. The service is better and so is the food compared to approx 4-6 months ago. I stopped going until my mother told me that she noticed a difference. The food is freshly made and served as expected. The staff is professional and attentive.

Order the 5 piece tenders with crinkle fries and sweet tea. I got a sandwich and curly fries went back they have me what I ordered got back to work my tea had no ice in it and was unsweetened. What a bad experience. Then wants to hand me one pack of ranch for 5 tenders.

Last time was generally okay. As with any fast food operation, the customer experience is hit or miss depending on who's working there at any given time.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a jamoca shake. The sandwiches were sloppily made and had very little meat on them. The shake may as well have been e vanilla shake for the lack of jamoca flavouring. For $17 dollars and change I expected much better than this. Arby's is not what it used to be.
