Godiva Chocolatier

I came in on Valentines Day and of course the store was hopping with eager customers to purchase gifts. The staff member her name was Andrea was "top Notch" !! I am a regular customer as my family enjoys Godiva Chocolates. She was very kind to my Mother that was visiting from out of town and a smile and professional attitude was welcoming to her !!

Let me just say Godiva is the best quality chocolate and I have continued to purchase them over the years, and the dipped fruit has been truly an amazing indulgence until recently. Just over a week ago I decided to visit the North Point location to see if they had anything different from Perimeter location. I purchased a cone of dark chocolate covered strawberries and to my surprise they were mushy and clearly moldy. I was very disgusted and threw the whole thing away. I returned a few days later and noticed one of the banana kabobs had mold on it. There was a customer that was going to purchase it until one of the girls I recognize from Perimeter saw the mold and refused to sale it. I don't understand how the quality of the fruit is horrible and the people who make them think it's okay to sale. We are customer paying so much money expecting to get high quality fruit but getting fruit that's inedible, mushy, and moldy. I'll just have to go a little out my way to the Perimeter location until the North Point location can get a hold of their quality control.

The shopkeeper at the North Point Mall in Alpharetta (store 259) mentioned the chocolates were at a certain price before we made a selection, and charged us double that price at the cashier. We realised that quite late, it didn't make sense to go back and argue. On the check she punched in only one item with a total price without a breakdown, so it's hard to go back and try to figure out what happened. Very, very unpleasant.

There's some new employees at this location and they have amazing customer service, dariel I think that's how you spell her name she was very attentive and respectful had patience with my grandmother and continued to help and was so sweet and another employee named Kyle was the same exact way this is the best experience I ever had!!!! I highly recommend this location.
