Poor poor service . What attitudes to have to serve the customers. I cant believe they would have this trash serving there customers. We ask for a sandwich to be made without the steak just bacon and they told us no . Even if it cost the same . No they said . We have been here many times before and it's never been an issue. North point mall is going down hill fast . With people like this I see why . We will never be back .

The worse experience. I was waiting for my food and I ask for lettuce and mayo on my sandwich. The cook got very upset saying it wasn’t on the ticket. I ask another worker to just put it on the side because the cook made a big scene. I ask the cook for a manager. He shouts I AM THE MANAGER. I’m like WOW everyone look in amazement. The absolute worst attitude I’ve seen. Charley’s need to check the cook/manager guy. Very arrogant

They were lightly staffed today. But very professional and courteous, the food was well worth the wait. Kudos to the ladies working today. Definitely would recommend over and over.

I used to love coming here to eat , but the chasier who was man the worst attitude. The women who was cooking my steak took 5 mins to but my steak on the grill, knowing there was no one in front of me. The fries were hard, not cooked well.

I go there all time when I am working. They are friendly and the food is great but sometimes they forget to take out the onions when I ask for them to be left out or when someone picks up food for me and since I am working, I dont have time to go back and get it fixed.

The food is absolutely delicious here! I have tried everything from the Ultimate Loaded Cheese Fries, Strawberry Lemonade, & Chicken Philly and I must say “That they were all very tasty”. Food is always hot & fresh.

The meat is like width of a paper and is cut up into smaller pieces to make it look appealing, I recommend if you eat here dont look at the employees making your food. also I paid 17$ for a drink and sandwich, not very cool

Ladies at counter are super nice. Gotta say one of the best cheesesteaks I have had in years. Tea was fresh and fried perfect. Really enjoyed this meal.
