Jet's Pizza

The pizza is really good. Featured is the deep dish sausage bacon and pepperoni with heavy sauce. The crunchy crust is what makes the deep dish so delicious. This is perfect for those days that you have the munchies or a cheat day!!! We always call ahead even if we decide to eat it there. They also have wings subs and salads.

We ordered pizza yesterday through Uber eats Order pizza with onion bell pepper toppings They sent us wrong order with chicken mushroom jalapeños and plain cheese When we called them the guy said they have right order with him there Was their mistake So asked him to deliver as we don’t have car But didn’t want to deliver us saying you not in our delivery range I live in 3.8 miles But the guy tells me come pick it up if you want When I told I can’t and requested him to deliver he said he can’t I told him to keep it and refund He just says call manager tomorrow When we called today They kept on hold for more than 20 mins and didn’t get back or transfer call to manager haven’t refunded also

Called in an order and was put on hold for some time. When someone came to the phone, they were very short with me like it was an issue that I called to place an order. Even after me saying thank you, all they could say was Yep and hang up. Went in to pick up the pizza and waited almost double the time they provided over the phone despite it being a slow night. Both employees had headphones in the whole time and didn’t remove them when they were cashing me out. Then I checked my pizza and it was burnt. Horrible experience all around!

Love their deep dish pizza. It's not the Chicago style deep dish, but a different great deep dish pizza. So as their deep dish bread stick. Yes, they are more expensive than those big pizza places, but it's worth it. However, wings is not that impressive, I probably will skip next time. Their online ordering system do need an upgrade.. it's little user unfriendly. But as long as I got my pizza right.. who cares..

Update: I spoke with the manager of Jets who gave us a double credit for the past errors. Still haven't ordered from them again but hoping next time is better with this credit! Updating rating Jets - I love you guys but you're killing us lately. We order from here all the time and the pizza is great but our last four orders have been cooked wrong - one of them being an order of almost $100 worth of pizzas, all 5 cooked on the wrong pizzas/crusts requested. I double confirm at the end of each order it's taken down correctly, and now almost every time we get our pizza, it's wrong. Hoping this will stop soon so we can go back to 5 stars because we do love the pizza here.

I've eaten at Jet's at least twice a month for years. This location is near my workplace and I use it frequently. I truly love the way they store your previous order with your phone number. Reordering the "usual" is a breeze. Also, the same as every Jet's I've been to, this location is punctual, the staff top notch and the pizza is ridiculously, consistently good. You really cannot go wrong here. Truth in advertising, the only thing I've ever eaten from any Jet's is the square deep dish pizza. So, I really can't speak to the rest of their menu. I just haven't built up the courage to try anything else when the deep dish is so good.
