2b Whole Gluten Free Bakery

I definitely recommend and I will definitely return! I had the lemon bar, cinnamon sugar, strawberry and red velvet “donut holes”, the red velvet cupcake and strawberry cupcake. And then I had a diabetic coma. Just kidding. I have a milk allergy so I was excited to try their dairy-free options. I do not have any issues with gluten so this comes from a person who regularly eats “normal” products with gluten. I figured I’d give their shop a try and I’m so glad I did! Now yes, you can kinda tell it’s not made with flour. Baked good without traditional baking flour tend to get a little grainy but they have done an awesome job on the texture and the taste was amazing. The strawberry frosting on the cupcake was like strawberry cream cheese frosting BUT IT WAS VEGAN!

What an amazing bakery! So many amazing gluten free and vegan options! I been trying to find something like this for so long and could not, so I am very happy to have found this place!!! I got one of everything of there menu and it was all very delicious and fresh!! Marcos was helping us out and he was so kind and helpful! Loved this place! Will be back for sure, especially after I found out they have gluten free/ vegan cake!!

UPDATE - The owner was very understanding and kind and she said she will resolve the issue! The food is good so far, I’ve had the pizza and have yet to try the bread. But on the other hand, their customer service was unsatisfactory to say the least. I will take into account they were young teenagers, but that doesn’t allow them to say insensitive things. When I entered the store, they acted bit rude but normal and I asked what they can get for me etc.( Only a young brown-haired male did, the blond/red haired female working there did not.) I glanced at the menu and decided to order a loaf of bread and pizza for my family to snack on and eat later. Everything was fine until, I ordered the bread. I point to the bread, and then he replies “Are you sure your going to eat all of that?” I was quite taken back by that question. I really hope the customer service improves, or that this was just a bad day for them.

Customer service is great and Toula took the extra time to make the cupcake tasting went well to help us choose what we wanted for our wedding day. The keto cake with cream cheese icing is delicious. However. I will say the day of the wedding we were surprised to find our cake was not vanilla but coconut. It was tasty but not what we ordered and that is why I am giving only 4 stars.
