Amazing menu. Great variety of options for every course. The oysters were fantastic and didn't need any of the condiments offered. Fish & chips were hot and fresh. The batter also light and complimented the fish vs. being a part of the meal. French fries were nicely cut and seasoned. Blue cheese wedge salad was the perfect size and well-dressed. The service was phenomenal and extremely helpful. The drink menu was vast with a well stocked bar. We will definitely return to try other menu options.

We had a party of 4 at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 6/28/22. It was the night of the Backstreet Boys concert, so it was packed and they were understaffed. Hopefully they’ll check the concert schedule at Ameris Bank Amphitheater so they’ll be better prepared next time!
Plenty of free parking. They have inside seating and an outdoor patio. Very casual, but could be fun for a date. The seating inside is a little weird though. We sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant and there was a clear divider in between so that another party could sit on the other side, so we made awkward eye contact with the people on the other side. That specific booth wouldn’t be good for a date.
Here’s what I had:
- Butternut Squash Ravioli ($13.95): This was the star. Super good and flavorful.
- Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice ($12.95): Basically no flavor. I don’t recommend.
- F&H Burger ($15.95): Very good! Our waitress said it was big enough for my friend and I to split, so we did. Between that and the appetizers, it was enough! The fries were nice and crunchy.
- Mission Lychee ($14): Not worth it. The drink tastes fine, but it was like 4 sips for $14. I wouldn’t get it again.
Overall, the food was pretty good. I would come here again before another concert, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Was excited to try a new place in a neighboring town. Salt Factory has an interesting decor but know seating can be tight during busy times. The drink menu is extensive as you’d expect in a gastropub and the food menu as well. I asked the server to tell us what not to miss on the menu as we were a first time visit. Her response was “well look at the menu! Everything!” I specifically asked if we could only try one thing, never to return, what not to miss and she just started listing various menu items. When we asked about the pizza she said “I feel you can get pizza anywhere”. That told me there were items on the menu that was better than others. I tried the Alpharetta burger. It had good potential but missed the mark. The bun was fresh but cut so thinly on the bottom that is came to me soggy from the layer of coleslaw and the top bun so very thick. The fries were dripping with grease, a sign the oil temp was too low. The star was the pulled pork. That is the item not to be missed! We were looking for a food experience, a place excited about what they do. Salt Factory has potential, I hope it was just an off day.

First time visiting. The our door seating is really nice. I like that this location is not in a nice cut of downtown Alpharetta and parking is available on property.
The service was 5 star! Jon the manager is friendly and extremely welcome. Our waiter, Trace, was very welcoming. He suggested his favorite things on the menu and they were all great. He Was very nice!!!
We’ll definitely be back. The Philly cheese steak and house burger were amazing.

Our experience at Salt Factory Pub was fantastic! John the manager was super sweet. He found us a coool, comfy table on the patio and checked on us often. My husband and I are Newlyweds; Heather was our server and she was phenomenal. When she found out we recently got married to gifted us a glass of champagne. She knew the menu well when we had questions and we never had to wait long for any of our food to come out. Best calamari I've ever had. The steakburger was EVERYTHING! If your looking for a great night out this is the place!

You might not think it from the outside but this is one of the best restaurants I’ve tried in the area. Both dishes were excellent - I had the chicken friend chicken and shrimp for an appetizer. Server was amazing and helpful 100%! Great experience here

The service by Sinclaire was incredible. Overall, the food was good. We started with the eggs rolls, She Crab Soup and Salad and both were divine. The egg rolls packed big flavor and were so delicious. The soup really was perfect. As an entree we tried the London Broil and the Fish and Chips. The steak on the broil was cooked and seasoned perfectly; same for the fish. There are a few things that they could improve to make this 5 stars such as seasoning the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Sinclaire then surprised me with a piece of cake for my birthday and a candle!! I would definitely eat here again and would recommend.
