Alpena Taco bell is pretty decent. Other than the usual small mess up on the order they have really got there crew together. Service used to be super slow. But definitely getting better!
Ordered in the app so I could skip the line and have fresh food. Set it to be picked up in store. It was 8pm and the lobby doesn't close until 9pm, but when I went to open the door it was locked. No sign that they had closed early and no mention on the app. I had to sit in the drive through for 15 m
This morning I stopped in through the drive-thru to get a coffee. I asked to have cinnamon and sugar added, and at first, I was told no (which was fine; I understand they’re not Biggby Coffee.) However, when I pulled up to the window, the cashier said with excitement, “I went ahead and added it!”

This place is a joke. I just wasted so much time that I can't get back getting my family's order correct in the app, just to show up and find out they are out of chalupas. No notices anywhere saying they are out of anything. So I pull thru and park to call my family and figure out a new order. Pull
They have no clue how their own system operates. Waited 14 minutes for my food, which was sitting on the counter the whole time, because they didn’t know how mobile orders work. They then walked away when I said I didn’t want the order because it was cold. Sad
Taco Bell is always delicious but this location is better than some of the other locations I've visited before. I'll definitely eat there again!!
