We love coming to KFC and haven't had a bad experience yet. The one in Alma is pretty good, restaurant was clean and staff were nice. Not to mention the bucket of pop was a cool perk lol. They even gave the kids free cookies which was a first for us.

Friendly service. I'm that customer who ALWAYS asks for my food fresh to order so I love it when a KFC staff does not make a big deal out of it or tries to talk me into getting wings that came up not too long ago. My wings were made fresh to order, Hot, crispy, and fresh!!

The only thing I have to complain about is... We went inside and we ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and I asked for one to include mayonnaise on it also. Instead we received two plain chicken sandwiches with the sauces on the side. I believe the lady that took our order didn't know how to add something to our order which would have been the mayo to the chicken sandwich Other than that everything was great.

Tried the 5 PC chicken tender meal today! Some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had! Chicken was moist and tender! Just the right amount of breading and cooked to perfection! I would definitely recommend you try them! And the peach mountain dew....all I can say is delicious!!!!!

I ordered KFC for our entire staff of 25 people today and Jen and her crew did an amazing job. The order was ready on time, it was exactly as ordered, they provided all the serving and eating utensils, and even loaded it all into my car. Our staff loved it! The food was great.

I give it four stars just because I really wish they would bring back the buffet. Other than that, the inside staff is quick, courteous, and the food is always great. And my labs Mokie in Digger love it also.

Pretty busy when we were in there early afternoon Wed before Thanksgiving. We were there to get a to go order but many were inside e as ting the buffet. Drive thru was full too. Very friendly counter employee. When ordering she informed us that there would be an 8 min. wait for our chicken. No problem. She offered us drink cups for our patience. Very thoughtful and definitely a way to earn repeat customers! Food was hot and delicious when we got it home!
