Review Wendy's - Alma

Stopped by Wendy's for dinner on 12/20/23. The guy behind the counter is hustling, personable, communicating well with customers, composed, and even apologizing to me for the delay when I'd only been waiting.about 90 seconds. No need to. You could tell that the crew was moving as fast as they could too. 👍 Food was good, restraunt is clean, and it was an excellent experience overall. Have no issue returning.

Got our food order wrong and took a long time to fix. But the employees were very nice despite being overwhelmed. The manager was top tier which is why it's rated 4 star and not lower. He treated his employees and my husband and daughter with respect and kindness. I love seeing that!

We were traveling and had to stop for a bite to eat and it was okay the lady who took our order I don't think was the brightest crayon in the Box or either she didn't like her job. But there was one lady who was headed out the door who is super nice to us and the manager help me out. The food was better than my local Wendy's. But I really wish they were more friendly at first.

This Wendy’s has super nice staff. The one gentleman was doing the work of all the employees and he deserves some recognition for it. I can’t remember his name but he was doing an awesome job and is super helpful. He needs a raise. Food is awesome and always the right temperature.

Stopped in any there was a great group of high schoolers there, nice kids and the staff was working their behinds off. The food was great and warm. I will stop there again if I am in the area.

Found 2 delicious salads that were diabetes friendly, low salt, AND gluten-free. Especially the Ceaser dressing (good ingredients) and low carb! First fast food restaurant we can stop at and meet our dietary needs. Thank you Wendy's 😊

I love taco salads. Sometimes I get burgers, fries, and frostys.

A little bit of a wait, but absolutely worth it 👌🏼 fries were hot and crispy and this new bacon cheddar is pretty damn good.

They have a huge pothole right at the drive-thru speaker that they need to fix. It's been like that for a year or more. Their food is good but service is lacking.

Even tho they last time we were here, we ended up not eating because the line in drive thru was long and not moving fast, which I'm assuming has to do with short staff and not the staff itself, I've never actually had a problem here. Food is good, fries hot and yummy. Keep up the good work!

Friendly costly and a fair amount of mistakes made with orders. Usually forgetting something like ketchup or thing's of that nature. Food has been good minus cold fries a few time's.

Ordered Jr bacon cheeseburger all came with no bacon and no cheese. I ordered them with no buns so the didn't Assemble any of it not even the Mayo. The burgers were cold and so were the chicken nuggets. Took over 10 min just to order and there was one person In front of me and over 20 just to get my food then had to go back twice bc the order was wrong. Worst place to eat hands down .then they offered me a small frosty. No Thanks I would have rather gotten my money back. Everyone I was with was extremely dissatisfied and we will NEVER go back . Poor food poor staff awful experience

Very dirty. The people are rude. Flies everywhere. They forgot 3 things I ordered. They employees were fighting in the back.

Thought we would give the new owners a chance see how it was. Definitely was not impressed. Service waa extremely slow. No regular coke available. Girls drank their frosty with a straw.

Unfortunatly I was three bites deep before I realized that my baconator was still PINK all the way through the burger.

Why is there hardly any beef in the Chili anymore?!

Have recently changed owners, thought they had taken that opportunity to address the major service issues associated with this store. Wendy's has a great menu and I gladly will stop at any of the other three hat are 20 minutes away as they exceed this store is quality and speed of service. This particular store should be avoided if your looking for anything resembling a quick stop.

Love the new remodel and the food is always delicious!

Took for fucking ever and I got the wrong food. You guys suck.

It's pretty bad when you order something in the drive thru and get all the way home to find out they messed the order up and when you call they say they won't do anything about it unless you bring it back well are you gonna pay for my gas to make another trip out there when it was your fault it was messed up it was ordered that way for a reason !!!

Today was my second visit to Wendy's in Alma under the new owners. First time we did dine in....waited 13 minutes at the counter to order, didn't get the fries... they had to bring it to us ...about 15 minutes later. Tonight we stopped at 625 for one large frosty. Tried to use the drive thru....welllll...had a misspelled sign saying car alert not WORKIN announce YOUSELF. After 3 attempts and no one answering...lil Brian went in for his frosty. I then watched 2 cars leave the drive thru and one lady went in and back out !! After 15 minutes inside...I went in and lost it !! I asked for manager...supervisor...owner whoever !! They were moving back there like nothing was going on! One guy said he had been standing to order for over 10 minutes !!This elderly lady says she is the supervisor (as there were people lined up) and all she said to me....well doing the best I can with the crew they give me!!!! Say what??!! Who says that ??? I said well maybe they just need more training !! Its a Monday ...wonder what Friday night is like!!!! I am contacting the Wendy's franchise as this Alma Wendy's will fail!!! Guaranteed. !! Horrible and sad to say!!!

Was always happy with Wendy's! Whatever happened to getting ketchup packets with your combo meals asking upon request! I was charged 1.50 today!

I love Wendy's!! BUT AFTER the 5th time in 20 years I've had something horribly wrong with my order - & I call them and they tell me, each time, they WILL mail me coupons and NEVER ONCE have I ever received coupons. I have to only conclude that their policy at Alma Wendy's is to completely disregard a customer and that's it's okay to screw up their order. This is unacceptable and I won't tolerate it anymore. what's Sad is, I love Wendy's and go out to eat at least 4 times a week so, it's their loss. I will drive to Mount Pleasant to eat it instead. I will spread my experiences by word of mouth until it's made right, starting now. You can't treat customers like this and though whomever is making the decision to RIP me OFF seems to think it counterintuitive to make it right with the Customers, this isn't right and already has cost them 100's maybe thousands of my dollars. This is a complaint here because obviously my calls have not been taken serious so please respond and make it right.. I want to continue to eat there but...
