the place is good, the food is good, there is a guacamole that is spicy and looks good but there is not much information about its hotness, which is unpleasant because when you go to eat you get that something with good eyesight has a not very flavor nice, in general you choose what you add to your taco, you should be careful when you visit a Mexican food restaurant or associated. I would go back and I recommend it but be very attentive because whoever takes care of you and prepares your food, assumes that you know what you are requesting. The facilities have the comforts, they are clean and it has enough parking, it has bathrooms, the lighting and temperature is pleasant. It has windows that allow you to see outside and you do not feel enclosed. the tables and chairs are adequate, although there is one that has a green adhesive tape that should be repaired, there is another space for natural juices that I really liked, it is a good alternative for those who leave the gym, it has good service ...

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and paid extra for sour cream, cheese and extra meat. They didn't give me extra anything and there is like no meat on here. They barely give you any chips too. Probably the worst restaurant I have ever eaten from.

Dirty, unsanitary, and rude. STAY AWAY!!!!! The older gentleman who works here is so incredibly rude that it's not even funny. Idk if he's the manager or what but he's been there since I started coming here to eat in 2017. But I digress. I just listened to him blame a customer for something that wasn't their fault and then continue to bring it up after the fact instead of owning up to his mistake and moving on. He continued to talk about the customer even after they left, which is so unprofessional and made my experience dining in very uncomfortable. The customers sitting behind me and I all heard the situation unfold and we ALL agreed that the older employee/owner was at fault. I'm usually one to side with employees because I've worked in customer service for almost 10 years and know how customers can get, but this was 100% the business' fault. Furthermore, the same older employee wiped the counter down with a dirty rag with bare hands, didn't wash his hands, put the tin foil down on the counter for my order with his dirty bare hands, and THEN put on gloves with his dirty hands to make my order. 🙃 I've been coming here for years and loved it here, but I think I'm done after today. You guys need to treat your customers better, take responsibility for your actions, and roll back the attitude. And maybe clean the Freestyle machine and tables every now and then. It's pretty gross so just a thought.

We've ordered catering from this place in the past and it was pretty decent. But today the website would not accept any order requests, neither the catering nor the personal orders. When we tried to call the business it went straight to voicemail. I didn't see any indication that the business was closed today (Monday). We will be exploring other options.

Visited this location on a Moe's Monday. We were told by management that we were not allowed to use a gift card to pay for our meal because that would be using two offers. The first offer being the Moe's Monday special and the second offer being the gift card. I explained to them that a gift card is not considered an offer. They couldn't understand English apparently and kept arguing with me and my husband that a gift card is an offer and it was no good at their store. They spent a half an hour filling other people's orders and taking their payment while we waited for a resolution from management. The manager argued with me that my gift card was no good. He told me to prove to him that my gift card is good. So I went on the Moe's app, entered the gift card number and showed him the balance. He still insisted that there was no money on it. Management was loud, rude and condescending. They yelled to the point where our entire family was embarrassed. Our family will never visit another Moe's Southwest grill ever again.

I've been to nearly every Moe's in the area because I'm on the road for work. I always get the same thing which is half pork and half chicken. When I ordered here, they immediately refused. At first I thought it was a language barrier as they barely spoke English. But then I realized they just flatly were refusing. I don't particularly understand this as it's not extra meat but just half and half. On top of this they were extremely rude and the restaurant was filthy. Definitely won't be coming back.

The owner/management staff at this Moe’s are thieves. They charged me for a queso when I asked to add correct potion size of the shredded cheese to my bowl. Their reason behind this illegal charge was because I asked to put more potions of food items in my bowl. Mind you that the worker only put literally 4 beans after which I had to ask them to add more beans. I used to like Moe’s, but after the customer service experience I received, I am not visiting this Moe’s anymore.

This place is just running itself into the ground. They are so insanitary. They have no respect for anyone. They beg for tips but yet charge you $3+ for “extra” meat. I will never be coming back to this place again they need someone to reevaluate who they employ there. They charge you astronomical amounts of money for minimal food quality. save yourself the trip and go to Chipotle down the street.
