If I had 10 minutes left to live I would spend it at this Wendy’s because everything here feels like an eternity.
When you get to the order window it’s as if they purposely don’t acknowledge you for 10 minutes hoping you’ll drive away thinking they’re closed. I sat in the drive through for 27 minutes, on a Monday, to get a junior cheeseburger and a small fry. And no this isn’t a one time experience. This is by far THE SLOWEST fast food/ anything related to serving food that I have ever witnessed on this earth.

Went there 2 hours before they closed and no one said anything for 15 minutes. I had to pull up to the window to order and even then it took another 13 minutes for a crispy chicken sandwich and a 4 piece nugget. Will never go here again day or night, you might as well go somewhere else.

Don’t go to this unit if you have other choices … it took forever to get two others and it came wrong. Luckily I saw the drinks and they exchanged, but the sandwiches we pay for a large and got small, also by the time we were eating it was already cold. (We parked and ate right there). That’s how long they take.

They are slow here. They take 1 order. They make the food. They give that person their food. The line gets dumb long and moves dumb slow. My food is however always made correct and made fast from the time I order. You just wait forever in line to order.

They always leave mobile site for carryout open, but they are never open for pickup, they are drive through only. So when you place a order in advance for pickup you still need to wait 30 minutes from when you arrive to pick it up through the drive through. Worst run wendys ever.

Ordered two Dave's classic double combos medium. Was given two double bacon burger combos large and was charged over $22 for them. Was in a hurry and could not even go inside to point out mistake. Was not going to wait in very long drive through line a second time.

They keep the inside closed ALL THE TIME
They take 6 minutes to come take your order thru drive-thru then after you order it’s still a few cars ahead of you NOT MOVING .
You think because your waiting this long your food would be quite hot/Luke warm .
Nooooo food is cold and taste like •••t.
I try to give them a chance months apart since I live 5 mins away but NOPE .
