Got this new summer Tropical Flavor its super yumm. You can taste more the Guava and the Coconut. I can do without the ice cream next time. The Italian Ice was good by itself.
This place takes extremely long to order. I also tried to use my rewards app and they couldn't scan it. I had my birthday rewards and it got ruined while I had to pay for an order that was supposed to be free. Kind of upset. This is not good.

Stopped in yesterday and was very disappointed that my ice was chunky and full of white ice crystals. The Rita's associate was very nice and outgoing, they had an awesome selection of flavors at this location including their usual staples. Additionally, they had passion fruit and Horchata which are my favorite and not always available. I'd highly recommend them to anyone! The absolute best!!!🤗
Had the best experience last time I went .. you know how they put sprinkles on top then you get to the bottom its all custard when not this Rita's the young lady put sprinkles on the bottom first then custard then sprinkles at the top .. yeah you know while reading this your mouth watered.. next tim
Unhelpful teenage workers are unhelpful. I only order Rita's about once every 5 years and was hoping that would be uneventful. I didn't realize that they don't put the water ice in the milk shakes instead of suggesting the misto shake the teen behind the counter just said we don't put ice in the mi
It's off a very busy street. There is a small side lot - otherwise its street parking. It was packed of course for First Day of Spring.
