El Castillo Del Caribe - Allentown - Photo album

The food was great. They serve a lot of food here so go with an empty stomach. I got white rice, yuca, arroz amarillo, seasoned chicken, pollo guisado and guineitos encebollado and parcha juice (passion fruit juice) to try a bit of everything and it was really good. For everything we got we paid $40
A little pricey but overall friendly and clean restaurant. Food is good
I always love going here. Its family owned. You are always greeted with a smile from Rafael the owner and his wife and daughter. Everyone is polite and friendly. I wouldn't go to another spanish/Dominican restaurant around if you paid me.
I bought the beef stew. They are usually good but today not so much, I didn't get enough beef and it could've used some more flavor. I got more rice than anything else.
Those that know me can tell you I don't usually visit Dominican restaurant's. Growing up we had some of the best Dominican food at home and it's hard to find good authentic taste in the restaurants; this place did right by what they are putting out and, to top it off, they served very generous port
I had a great experience at the Castillo Delcaribe. I enjoyed the pork mofongo which was delicious and moist. The roasted ribs fell of the bone and very yummy. The place was very clean and it smelled amazing. I highly recommend this establishment.
Literally my favorite spot to go when in Allentown!! Cannot get enough of their Pork and white rice with beans over top, or my fiance's favorite the Baked chicken and yellow rice! Always impressed, and we are weekly customers!!! Also if there were any issues, their customer service is also excellent
My fav location for Latin American food. Service is always awesome even when they have a full house. The service was friendly and sociable. It has a cool interior.
