So disgusting. Order was missing rice and they decided to put in steak which I did not ask for. I’m a vegetarian. I called the restaurant and they decided not to pick up. DoorDash is even worse. Never again. Waste of $20 and my 30 min lunch.

No cheese every time I come to this location they short on something either the drawer is short and you need to use exact amount or they are out of something I am a big pull critic and I’m a tell you this Ain’t it. Only reason I bought it it’s because they already made my order just to tell me no queso cheese

Ordered ahead and food was 15 minutes late of promised time. Not enough meat for what I ordered, undercooked brown rice, spices are way too hot, hard to taste flavor. Inconsistent every time. Too bad.

Last night I ordered two bowls through the app, one for me and one for my co-worker. I went to pick them up on my way to work and the restaurant was closed. My pick up time was 5:50 pm. I arrived at 6: 02 pm and they were closed. I could see a couple of crew members inside. They would not pick up the phone neither would they come talk to me when I knocked on the window. Of course my card was charged. I realize people don't want to work anymore but why not pause app orders if you know you're going to close early?

Ordered a carnitas burrito bowl with queso shredded cheese salsa quacamole and lettuce and what I received was disgusting ice cold and not eatable never ordered from here again!

Order process was easy. Order was ready almost at the specified time, but wasn’t out on the pickup shelf due to its size.
Food was decent, but the 3 kids meals I ordered weren’t complete - missing side items, only 1 taco when there should have been 2.

Placed an online order on February 18th for a confirmed pick up time of noon, and arrived at the restaurant at 12:15 to be met with a 'Closed' sign at the door and several other upset customers out in front. The restaurant was to open at 11, so they had known for at least an hour they weren't going to be open but were still accepting online orders. I understand there are shortages in the restaurant industry right now and I contacted Chipotle through their website and received a refund. However, I see from other reviews that this is not the first time this has happened. There are many other restaurants in the area to get lunch at that are reliable. I will not be back to this location.

Door dashers beware of this location!! They do not care if your order is not prepared or on the shelf. The lady at the register who acted like the "manager" was quite rude too. She even told the other employee who was helping me, "Don't worry about it." Well, it's my money! I won't be taking anymore orders for this particular store.
