This place is always to go store! Everyday I come here. Staff are friendly and good quick service. I place a mobile order, they make it on time irrespective of crowd and make your drink special and customize they want you want. Delayed drinks are rewarded with cards. So definitely good place to stop by to grab your drink.

The ladies are amazing! They're so fast and know so many details to make an order that it makes my head spin. I'm no tortoise. I ask everyone to please have patients if the moments you go it's not as fast as my experience. I go almost every day atleast once. Never a problem BUT the pandemic is still in effect. Therefore, exercise some patience. It's just coffee, no sense in getting bent out of shape or making it harder for the ladies. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Of all the days, to finish up my Beautiful Mother’s Day my daughter went in to get me a coffee after a fun filled day. The barista never greeted her, was horribly rude. Set the drink on the counter and never stated it was the drinks which had been ordered. So!!! I have one piece of wisdom I’d like to impart. What ever you’re experiencing is NEVER a reason to be rude to anyone else Period. We all experience bad days. Yet, those are opportunities to pick ourselves up, by owning our feelings and dealing with self so as not to hurt others. Shame on you for your ridiculous behavior. I then came in myself to see in fact if maybe my daughter had misperceived the actions of the barista to find that not only were they true, she repeated the same behavior towards me. Walked right by, no acknowledgment and proceeded to turn her back to avoid making eye contact. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Will NOT be back. Customer Service 0, the overall work area behind the counter was unkept. 0 Sanitation. Overall experience 0. I would suggest cleaning up the store and the attitudes of the employees.

I never really was a Starbucks customer until last night which prompted me to go back today for another Caramel crunch frap. It's so good! I usually faithfully go to Biggby across the street but they're closed early now due to shortage of staff. The young lady behind the register is quite helpful. (I didn't catch her name but she has curly brown hair.) The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the same debris was on the floor that was there the day before. So other than needing a cleaning, all in all, my experience was a good one.
