Drive thru only. The line was but was very impressed how quickly it went through. So service was quick and accurate. But I wish and FEEL the lobby was open to order take out. If the drive thru was too slow. I would have drove away without giving them a chance.

This location doesn’t activate their online ordering for a safe, faster pick up experience. The lines are horrendous. The staff are usually rude when you ask for more salsas.

El pollo loco burritos ara not as they used be. They are flavorless, the size way too small.. Its better to eat real mexican food than fake mexica. American for the same price more authentic quality elsewhere.

I had the Double Chicken Bowl and it was excellent. I had never had this before. Service was quick and efficient. I love El Pollo Loco. Love their condiment bar too.

the drive thru line here was ridiculously long, busy and cut through the parking lot. i decided to just hop out of my car and grab my food to go by going inside the restaurant. they were out of my favorite salsa and the food came out a bit slower than i expected for the small order i made. overall, it was an okay experience as the customer service was fine.
