We went on a busy Sunday- Kitchen was a bit slow. Staff a but rushed. All this is understandable. Reason for 4 stars is the food taste, plating etc. My son ordered a mickey mouse pancake and it looked nothing like it. He was disappointed to see it. Would prefer to go to Syrup which is right opposite
