We were staying overnight up the road on our way to Mull and after 2 years of leaving Scotland were desperate for decent fish & chips, just can't find anything down South. We weren't disappointed the chips were chunky & juicy, the fish flaky & delicate. Fantastic value too, large & small fish supper + mushy peas under £15, amazing!! Portion size huge!! Two portions of fish for the large supper. Sitting here contently stuffed :)

Ordered our tea on line from here tonight. Had a special large fish supper. I couldn't believe how big this fish supper was. The fish and chips was lovely with the fish having no bones. I will definitely be back the next time we are down here on holiday 👌

Had an issue with Apple Pay the boss came on the phone and told me another way to order which was faster and you get 10%discount (very helpful) delivery driver was a lovely guy and wood came very quickly, the food was beautiful, chips were fresh, bad is I like my chicken wings a bit crispier, but i didn’t specify so my own fault.would recommend!!!!!

Earnie's is always good. Continued standard of well cooked quality food that never dissapoints. Try the battered chicken half. It is really good. The staff take pride in producing good batter. This is something that can be sorely lacking these days. I am grateful that I can recommend this Sgoinneil Chippy.
