For the first time I visit here, atmosphere is really cosy and nice. There’s a lot of historic moments setting on the walls. Too classy tbh. The best part is sitting on the couch and enjoying the beauty of loch. Outstanding place. Quite huge and amazing decoration.

Terrible atmosphere, understaffed, dirty with 30+ empty glasses on the bar. Extremely disappointed considering that the hotel professes to be 5*. Hopefully I’ll never be back.
