Best Mexican restaurant in Calhoun County! It is located right off of Hey 431 in Alexandria and worth the drive from Jacksonville, Anniston, Oxford! They have recently expanded to double their space and can accommodate large groups comfortably. Even when it is busy, it isn’t loud or noisy and you can have nice conversations without yelling. The decor is attractive and the entire restaurant is CLEAN! Their salsa is enjoyable without too much heat. I always order the chicken enchiladas verdes with extra sauce and leave full but never complaining I ate too much because the portions are perfect. Ingredients are fresh and the guacamole is delicious. I also enjoy the chimichangas!! They make amazing top shelf margaritas to complete a wonderful meal. Takeout orders are always packaged well and on time. Owners treat you like family. This will become a favorite go-to after the first time you visit!

Bad experience and they have permanently lost a customer...... it took 5mon to get chips and salsa while others got theirs immediately... bartender/my waitress walked by my table at least 10 times and only asked if i was okay once... she purposely turned her head away from me as she walked by to serve the table behind me..... charged me $10.99 for "top shelf" a margarita that she poured out of a pitcher after I complained that the 1st maragerita was all syrp. They used daiquiri machines to mix and store their margaritas. When I tried to explain it to her, she walked off... needless to say I allowed the ice to melt and I had almost half of glass of straight tequila left. she thought it was melted ice... I saw a man request his money back after waiting 30min for a call in order...
