Pizza Hut

As far as the food and service, that would be five stars. I'm dropping one star because the web site is awful. So bad we gave up, drove to the restaurant and talked to extremely nice girl at the counter. Made our order and waited just a few minutes . I don't know who is responsible for the web site but it need attention badly.

Worst service ever. Use to love pizza hut but hated it the last 20 years! I called the company directory 3 times pizza hut wouldn't answer. Then I called myself and they picked up and immediately hung up on me!!! So I had to order online. I asked for extra sauce and like always they don't look at the order properly. So I had a dash of sauces against the crust. I ordered breadsticks which are the best breadsticks even though they been horrible the last 20 years cause they cook them to sort or to long! They should be just past floppy. This time they were black on bottom. My mother in law order breadsticks for the grand children but know u have to even cut the breadsticks and ur pizza their to lazy to cut ur food. The smallest order now is usually no less than $30 now and u still have to do work. What's the point of paying so much if I have to do almost half of the work? When u order online and don't have enough cheese they give u a couple drops instead of telling u they are out and not charge u but no they give u 2 drops and still charge! When I walked in there was 5 people in back eating pizza and talking while I stood their for 10 minutes before I was waited on! That's why I go to papa johns and only pizza hut for breadsticks. Pizza hut is barely better than little ceaser which is the worst! Pizza hut was good in the 90's around the time they had the awesome Bigfoot pizza!

I got a extra crispy thing of breadsticks that were really hard to eat And when you order something with 3 toppings you actually get a healthy amount of toppings from each. I got a large 3 topping with pepperoni, Italian sausage and mushrooms I got a little bit of pepperoni mainly sausage and barely any mushrooms. Definitely was not worth the $15 I spent

The restaurant is great, but to order on the web site needs some revision. First, if ordering multiple numbers of the same pizza (say for a little league team), there is no way to use the "edit" on "my order" to put in a new number. You have to order 10 or 12 separate times on the web to get multiple numbers of the same pizza. Also, there is a 15% discount for seniors, but there is no way to get that on the web (have to call or stop by in person). That should be built into the "check out" feature.
