Mcdonald's

This place is needs to train there staff better had to repeat my order at least 3 times to the person behind the counter my wife then had to clarify it for him apparently he wasn't listening. And then instead of asking if our order was here or to go they gave it to us assuming we wanted it to go. So needless to say instead of eating it on a tray which seems safer we had to eat on the table with no protection

My wife went out with her sister and ordered McDs on the way home. They ordered some food and a kids meal for my daughter. As you can see from the pictures, that is NOT a 4 piece nugget. My 3-year-old has more sense than this. This is completely unacceptable. Save yourself some time and go to the McDs by NKU. They can at least get your order right. I've been convincing my wife for years to stop eating the nasty food from Mcdonalds. Thanks for the help.

My wife, 2 daughters and I went at 12:35. While my wife ordered the food I went back in the play area with my girls so they could play while we waited on our food. I sat down at a table that was absolutely filthy and had to clean and sanitize myself. Also kids are required to take their shoes off to play on the equipment, so I took their shoes off and that's when I noticed that not only the table was filthy but so was the floor. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a very long time and there was food everywhere on it. When my wife returned with the food we sat down to eat at the table I had cleaned myself and realized that the chicken nuggets that my youngest daughter and I had both ordered were not fresh whatsoever nor were the French fries and mind you this was at 12:35 PM the so called lunch rush where normally everything should be fresh. I realize that good help is hard to find these days but come on McDonald's you can do better!!

Went there tonight and the woman who gave us our stuff was so extremely rude and when we asked for the manager she said she was the manager there. I was in complete disbelief that a manager was talking to customers and acting like she Was! I have never had such a horrible experience at any place! And if I could give this no stars I 100% would! WORST PLACE EVER!!!

Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and two drinks, had to pull up in the pick up line to wait. Waited several minutes and the employee came out with two different bags, went to the car in front of us he kept reading the tickets on the bag then stuck his whole unmasked face in each bag several times. Went to other cars, then went inside, came back out with more bags came to our car we told him our order he still couldn’t figure out what was in the bags. They ask us to pull forward and wait longer and we just left! We won’t be back!!!
