The customer service is for the most part all right could be a little better. The place was dirty they could clean the tables better and the floor and walls. the food is good but some food like the mac and cheese was gross I would recommend for a quick fast meal.

Stopped about 1230 pm today. Food was good. The person at the window was terrible. No smile. No hello or thank you. We had to drive through again to get sauces.

This was personally my favorite Arby's. I've been to a few Pilot/Arby's as of late and now have them to compare with lately odd enough since I've been driving OTR. It was really nice, clean, and pretty quiet when I was there. Plus the plants (fake of course, wouldn't want the bugs) were quite lovely.😊 Plus, Chicken Bacon and Swiss, no tomato, light mustard, with some motz sticks....come on son!!!!😁

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Walked in and was greeted by an employee saying that she didn't even want to work while grumbling in a few words that I will leave unsaid. Barely acknowledged are presence as we were the only ones in there too!

I love Arby's! The dollar menu 2-5 is awesome. Roast beef Sliders, curly fries and Jamoca shake, for 4 bucks. Can't beat it!

This Arby's was very dirty food all over kitchen area and eating area will not return. The employees stood behind the counter when all the tables were dirty food on the floor no ketchup or sauces all empty.

We were the only people in the dining room and it took over 10 minutes to get our food. Staff was boisterous and obnoxious! Very inappropriate and unprofessional!! Not even an apology for the very slow service. Food was okay when it arrived.

Clean dining area, fairly efficient, was not busy so maybe the kitchen staff were a little more noisy than usual.
