Church's Texas Chicken

Used online order feature and paid in advance. When I arrived to pick up the order, it was not ready….apparently they dropped the ball because they only looked for the order after I got there. Then the employee told me iced tea was not available. I was not interested in the other drinks. So I said that I wanted a refund. She said that because I ordered online, I had to get the refund online. Finally, a senior employee or supervisor gave me the refund. They seemed quite disorganized. The employee was right about one thing; she said I should have just come in and placed the order. On the other hand, the food was good as ever.

I will never visit this location. They lied to me. Have a dirty and disgusting interior. They were out of corn and spicy chicken. And the cashier couldn't take the time to probably greet me, and be attentive to me taking my order. She was taking inventory while I was trying to order. POOR EXAMPLE OF RESTAURANT!

I was not pleased by what I witnessed, while waiting to place my order. As a person that has worked in the food service industry for nearly 30 years, I was appalled by the workers not wearing hair nets properly or not at all. The female at the register handling money, then scratching her head, and without washing her hands-no gloves either, grabs tongs and fixes peoples orders. Unsanitary. I left quickly.
