The slowest/raciest workers I’ve ever experienced. Orders that are placed online or through delivery apps are not even started cooking until you arrive 95% of the time. So orders you are expected to be ready you have to wait 30 extra minutes for chicken to cook

They obviously can’t make a order than I made @8:57 bc they close at 10 and of course they didn’t have ANYTHING. To substitute for it and they of course couldn’t tell me how to get my money back… definitely need new management or for the management to learn how a place works.. I could have totally understood if if was 10 mins before closing but it was a hour… I used to love going here and enjoying the food but I have tried it and about the last 8 times something is ALWAYS. Wrong or missing or staff is extremely rude for no reason!!

The service was great, unfortunately part of the food was inedible due to a dirty oil taste.
I give them 5 stars for service. Just need to change the oil a little more often. As busy as this place is I’m sure things get missed.

This place is ran by complete incompetence. I’ve been twice and that’s enough for me. If you order the blackened tenders, you can expect to sit in the parking lot for roughly 25-min. Worst Popeyes around. Keep driving people, you’ve been warned.

Monday evening drive thru visit didn't work out this time. The employee was very nice and apologized (It was not her fault anyway) but there was not much that we could order, due to being out of food. Maybe next time will work out. I would go back to order another day.

If this is the one on the Lobdell highway in Port Allen. I walked in to get some chicken. They didn't even aknolege that I was at the counter. One girl off the streets was at the check out counter eating. I don't know of the dining area was closed due to the Covid excuse. All they had to say was the dining area was closed and lock the door with a sign. I asked them 3 times if the counter was opened. No answer. Just dumb looks. I think it was racially motivated because I was white. So I left and called corporate. They did nothing. I'm still waiting from an answer. I want action taken.

I had a large order, and they left out 3 of my sides...I went back and got that, then when I got home, I saw that the 4 small gravy bowls I ordered weren't even half full!!!🤬🤬🤬
