The ladies that served in the morning and afternoon shift on 2.25.22 were THE BEST!
I believe Ms. Justina was the first young lady that helped me out in the morning of this date, but I forgot the name of the nice curly-haired brunette that worked that evening around 5ish.

I’m not an usual Starbucks consumer but I was thirsty and wanted a frappe. Instead of the girl being nice and telling me they don’t have frappes or don’t sell them, she was very rude. She treated me awfully and made me feel bad. It’s not my fault Starbucks has weird names for their drinks.

This is 100% the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Managers need to be fired. I went there today at 8, am hour before it was supposed to close and there was a sign saying it shut down at 1:30. This would be ok if it weren’t the norm, but it is. Some times when I go, they don’t have sugar, other times they don’t have tea. There is always some kind of problem when I go there. Starbucks should be ashamed of how poorly run of a store this location is. Serious changes need t be made. COVID makes things harder for everyone, but this is poor management that goes beyond COVID. Other stores have figured it out, but this particular store hasn’t.

Love this place it's where I get my crafting supplies and other cool stuff, the staff are usually very helpful and they have a great selection of interesting products albeit rather on the pricey side. Always check the sales and what's on offer to get a deal

I had the best coffee and service I have ever had at a Starbucks store. The barista Lisa B. was funny, friendly, professional, and took her time making my coffee. And you know what? It turned out perfect! The others seem to rush and it never tunes out as good. It is almost like it was when your grandmother would make things with love.
