The meat pies had sections that looked and tasted burnt. The boudin balls weren’t good at all. I can say that the stuffing in the meat pies is alright.

I've been going to the Kajun Kitchen for 30yrs, the Boudin use to be the best! Lately, it just doesn't taste very good, while the price has quadrupled!
Not too bad. I will be returning to try some more of there menu. The boudin balls were tasty. I also had the gumbo, it was a little heavy on the chicken but the base was hearty.
This place isnt the same anymore. The attendant was rude, and act as if he was in a hurry, but we were the only ones there. The boudain dont taste the same. The price is so inflated. The boudain balls dont taste the same eeewww!
Don't let this place fool you. Inside you will find some of Alexandria's best gumbo and very fair pricing.
