Hotheads Crawfish

Got 2 5 LBS bags of mushed up crawfish! Called and tried to talk to someone no answer. Even left a voice mail with my number but didn't get a return call or anything. Extremely poor customer service. Right around the corner is a crawfish place that has never disappointed just was looking to help another small business owner. Won't be back!

We travel 4hrs from Houston to eat the Crawfish here. My wife and I use HotHeads as the bar for all of the other Crawfish we eat but sadly they all fall short. These Crawfish are all large and super flavorful, not over cooked and mushy like a lot of other establishments. The sides are also delicious. I just wish they could have a dining area at the location, but after speaking with the owner we found out that the local government makes this very expensive. The picture shows the average size of what we got, nothing smaller then this but many that were larger. Definitely money well spent!

I absolutely love their crawfish. When I don’t feel like boiling my own I get their spicy, which are cooked to perfection. This year I bought several sacks of field run crawfish that were bigger than most other peoples graded. I will gladly pay a little more for quality. Last boil I did was 3 sacks and maybe had five total dead crawfish which is unheard of.

We r from Thibodaux Louisiana and have tried every place around Alexandria and Pineville … we saw this place when we had BJS Pizza and said we gon try this place nxt time yeah!! We called them and we told dem what we wanted and they did dat yeah ! Well worth every penny yeah! From the Cressione Family Thank y’all

This was my go to place when it first opened. However, I'm not sure what has changed but the taste is very different. The last few times I bought crawfish and crabs they had either a Tabasco taste or they were just bland. I'm all for support of local businesses and they are awesome people. But somebody has to be honest about the taste. I'm sorry guys but I don't like the change or the taste anymore.
