Mcdonald's

This McDonald’s in the rose hill location does not pick up the phone when your trying to call them to complaint. They need to do a better job in training there staff in taking orders because they always make a mistake or they forget to give you something you paid for. It’s to the point you need to open the wrapper of your food to verify is the correct order.

Like so many fast food places these days, they don't regularly clean the tables or the soda fountain area. I was recently in there and probably 80 percent of the tables were not clean, including the "barstool" seating table. I'm sure like all the others they brag about how they do extra cleaning since the pandemic. yeah....right.

This location does not know how to prepare food correctly. Often, orders are inaccurate. But the worst are the fries & hash browns. Don't expect any kind of quality. They're always overcooked and taste of old fryer oil. If you want classic McDonald's fries, look elsewhere. Unless you like brown, greasy fries of course.

Stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning and hit the drive thru. Ordered some of their burritos with which I have a love/hate relationship. Sometimes they are good and other times not so much. Sadly this visit was in the not so much category. To be honest I don't know if they are made to order as needed or just nuked back to life from being frozen. Regardless my first one was good and tasty. The 2nd one was pretty tasteless and almost cold. By the time I got to the 2nd one I was too far down the road to go back and complain.
