Paisano's

Wrong order delivered. Manager was nice and had them redeliver the correct order but they came with no extra cheese like paid for, and instead of larges I think they were medium. Really small. But, having them come out a 3rd time .. I just didn't feel like dealing with it anymore. The pizza used to be a bit better than it is now. It's not horrible but it's not amazing, it's ok. (Photos are old from the first time I ordered Paisano's. It was 5/5 back then!)

Ordered food at 6:15pm for delivery. Called just shy of 8pm as the food had not been delivered. Person on the phone said that my order had been sitting there but he could get the next driver to deliver. When I asked if it was cold he said “I mean it’s been sitting here for an hour…” at which point I just asked for a refund.

I normally don't eat out at restaurants, and I definitely don't do takeouts. I only go into fast food places to pick up order, until one day I decided to try Paisano's in Alexandria, I did not feel like cooking when I got home. I have been to other locations to pick up orders for other people, but none of them made me feel as welcome like the one on Fordson RD. I thought no one could make lasagna like me until I ordered one of their's. It is very very good, I have to admit it is better than mine. It is so good I have been back three times in less than a month. I would also like to mention the young people that work there are very respectful. I am a senior and it nice to know that some young people still have respect.

I ordered an extra large pizza for dinner yesterday evening. I picked up the pizza within 15 minutes of ordering it. Pros: The pizza was ready when I went to pick it up. The website stated that it would take 20 minutes so it was nice that it was ready sooner. Cons: Because the pizza was ready so early by the time I got home the pizza had lost most of its heat. My drive from the restaurant was less than 5 minutes. The pizza crust was uneven and super thin in the middle. It seemed like the amount of dough that was used was for a medium or a large pizza. There was barely any crust to speak of Because the crust was so thin the slice was hard and had the consistency of a piece of burnt tortilla The topping was scarce to say the least. Each slice had only one or two pieces of sausage. It seemed like they were really skimping on the ingredients overall. The pizza was not cheesy, the crust was hard and tasted bland Considering how much this pizza cost I would have been better off going to the grocery store and picking up a frozen pizza. It would have tasted better and it likely would have a more generous amount of toppings.

I used to love this location..but for the past three times i have gone i ordered one extra large pepperoni and one extra large cheese. All three times they have sent two pepperoni. I never complained the first time cause i thought hey it's a mistake, but three just seems like they don't pay attention to your order. This is really disappointing, and i hope they pay more attention next time. I will say the pizza itself is really good and i do appreciate that.
